Can't attache pictures on twitter and fb

If I write on twitter or facebook and want to attache a picture the album shows empty. But I got over 600 pictures in it.

Uninstall Facebook and reinstall it.. I haven't had this problem but any issues with Facebook, I have done this in the past and it clears up the issue.

Sometimes I have that problem with Facebook so I close it using task manager and when I open it again my pictures show
