Hello.
I can only use Viber when I am on Wi-Fi. I have a data plan, and this is always on. For some reason, Viber does not work on it. I have uninstalled and re-installed the application at least 3 times. I am currently running on Android 4.1.2. I am from the Philippines and I am using Globe Telecoms as my mobile provider. Is there something that you can suggest? My girlfriend who is on the same network can have Viber on all the time even if we have the same kind of data plan. She is using an iPhone 4s.
Hope you can help. I've been looking for answers but no solution has been found.
