Welcome to the forums!
Try clearing cache and data in Settings>Application Manager>Play. Reopen application.
If that doesn't work, Try Settings>Accounts>Google and remove the account. Afterward, add your same Google account again.

Go to Settings->Application Manager->touch the options key(left to home key)->Reset App Preferences
This helped me to make my Play Store work

My play store has been stopped. I cant log in and updates the application. Then I did 'uninstall updates' the play store.

i can't sign in my google account it says couldn't contact server
i have rooted my note 2 and also reset it and after resetting i was unable to use play store.:''''(
