1. I want to replicate my screen to my big screen TV. I presume that the best way is with an MHL cable if I don't mind using cables, correct? Better than a wireless method, if any? Or is there a way to do it wirelessly without costing more than $20.

2. Reviewers at monoprice and Amazon complain a LOT about MHL cables being intermittent. Does that depend on the quality or is it an inherent issue with MHL. At monoprice the number of complaints of intermittent connections is staggering.

3. IF you have a reliable cable or other method, please let me know what it is (brand, source). thanks!

127 views and no answers yet. What other website could I post my question where people are more knowledgeable on the subject?

That one requires the adapter which is a mite kludgey imo. More connection points.

I see. Well I ordered it the other day anyways. I'll have to see how it works out. The price dropped by two bucks so for 12.99, will see. :)

2 issues: 1. Battery is not being recharged even though I have a charger hooked up to the USB cable per instructions. Despite the lightning bolt showing up in the battery icon the battery loses power while hooked up to the TV through the mhl cable. 2. Netflix playback is not as smooth as I had expected.

I tried Netflix only for grins because I have a ps3 player that plays netflix for us. Primarily I wanted to play Fox News through the Xfinity app on my phone and that works well enough to watch the news

Got the one I ordered tonight. Seems to work good with everything so far. Just haven't monitored the charging while playing combination.... I'll report back in a few days etc.

Please do report back. I've being watching for that cable for a couple of weeks but I wonder how good it works specially when streaming Netflix. YouTube, and downloaded videos.

Thanks

You will need a the 11-pin Micro USB to use with the MHL adapter. I had the same issue. But when I bought the Orealo C1 MHL Slim Projector it came with both cables and it worked fine without any problems.
