Default Samsung Galaxy Note 2 - Chrome for Android - full screen mode

I am trying to find a way to activate full screen mode whenever I want. Right now, it seems to be random. It might be determined by whichever website I am on but I haven't confirmed that yet. I can do it easily on the stock browser through the settings but not through chrome. Btw, I have version 30.0.1599.92. I want to be able to hide the notification bar at will because my last note 2 experienced significant screen burn in from the notification bar and I don't want this one to as well. Most other apps hide it of course, but I browse the web alot and want to be able to hide it then also. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hey guys. I am also having charging problems. It keeps flashing charging around every three seconds. ? And is actually draining the battery in doing so. I cant figure it out, does it mean phone is cooked?
