4.3 not available for note 2 PINK lte unlocked version, is this normal?

Hi guys, I have two galaxy note 2s, one unlocked international GTN7105 white one, and one unlocked international GTN7105 pink one.

I connected my white note 2 lte to my kies, long story short, it updated to android 4.3

Now I connected my pink one, it did not receive the udpate, weeks after, I keep on trying the process for my pink one, still, no update has been given.

Is this normal guys? I mean, they are both unlocked, both international versions, both LTE versions (GT-N7105), the only difference is the color, so why does my pink one not yet receiving the update? Any ideas? Suggestions?
