Nova Launcher. You can change icon grids, icons, fonts, folders an so on, like all those basic things. That's enough for me. And I'm using the Prime version, which gives me the option to use gestures.

Nova Prime here also. It's a good mix of customizability & usability.

Prime is the paid version, but the free version doesn't leave much to be desired.

Try some out & see which one you like the best.
