Default What is new in KitKat for us really?

I am not really noticing anything that I see in the features list of KitKat on my phone now after the update. I was really hoping to get the new dialer and features like that? Anyone notice anything I am missing? Thanks

Agreed on the battery indicator. Not liking the Apple like camera widget on the lock screen either. Any way to eliminate it?

Some things are nfc payment through Google wallet, Google camera app, a Google Chrome add on app that is specifically for Samsung phones it's supposed to make chrome run faster. You can find them in the play store.
