Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7105

Hi,my Samsung Note 2 won't start up, or reboot, when you try and due a factory reset it will not. It says file not found...anyone have any idea what could be the problem and or the solution..thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it rooted or unrooted? Did you buy it new or used? If it's used, you may not be aware if the previous owner rooted the phone and modified things.

Are you able to boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition? Reset: Samsung Galaxy Note II | T-Mobile Support

No it is not rooted and it was bought brand new in Hong Kong and nothing seems to work to reboot it tried wiping the cashe and the factory reset but nothing works.

try to change the battery..we have the same problem before and all i did is i buy a new battery and replace the old one and my n7105 is back to normal..
