What is wrong with my Note 2's battery?

What is wrong with my Note 2's battery

I can turn on my phone and use it properly when i'm charging it.
However, if I unplug the charger, the phone will restart automatically and keep flashing itself.
But I'm sure that my phone works properly with another battery.
So, what's wrong with this battery and how should I fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, what do you mean by flashing itself? Do you mean it goes into a bootloop? The battery is probably failing and can't hold a charge. I would get a new battery.

What makes you say that? Did you try using a different battery and you weren't having any issues with it after using the other battery?
