Why aren't my Google servers working?

why my google servers aren`t working ?? or my account isn`t opening

I have samsung note 2
whenever i try to open the google play , they demand me setting an acount and when i write the existing account , it says there was a problem communicating with google servers . Try again later !
what`s happening Im going crazy , I can`t update my apps , and they are all now not workin

Go to system settings > accounts > Google. Remove the Google account and add it back. See if that helps fix this problem.
