Can i use my at&t 3g sim card in a note 2

I have been using Go Phones for a long time and i want to upgrade to a note 2 but i dont want to use any mobile data i want to keep it the way it is. Is there any way that i could possibly do that.

A smart phone uses a certain amount of data. Also if you put a smart phone on an AT&T lone that has a basic phone, they know and let you know.
