How can I stop an error message on my Galaxy Note II?

Galaxy Note II-Please Help!!!

I have a pop up message that states "TouchWiz home isn't responding. Do you want to close it? WAIT or OK.
I cannot access any of my apps. I can respond to text and calls but I cannot initiate them...
Please Help!

It sounds like your launcher has crashed. I would try rebooting the phone to see if it helps. If not try and install another launcher from a PC (login to google and go to the play store) to the phone.
