How can I add T-Mobile's LTE band to my Verizon Note 2

Since Verizon is jacking up my cost for unlimited data, I am moving to T-Mobile. I know I can get 3G and H+ data using the proper APN info. Since both Verizon and T-Mobile broadcast LTE on the 700 frequency, just different bands, there must be a way to modify the settings of the radio to add the missing bands. I know this is possible for phones with Qualcomm hardware. Does anyone know how to do this with the Verizon Exynos version? I don't know how to do it, but can I just flash a T-Mobile radio update?

It has to have it built into the phone. You won't be able to add it.
