Bluetooth issue, might be the phone or the headphones?

i've had a pair of bluetooth headphones for a while now, and they work fine, but about a month ago, sometimes, they start stuttering sort of, the sound will go away for a second, then come back, and so on, even while the phone is right there. Usually all I have to do is turn the headphones off, then back on, and it's fine. I don't think this happens with my tablets, so I'm just wondering if the BT with the Note 2 is sometimes not working as well, or what.

I think the problem is from your Headphones, bluetooth will do nothing with that if it's connected,
when the sound goes away check if the bluetooth is still connected or not, also check another headphones and see if the problem is still happening

Even though I don't think I've had this problem with the headphones whilt it was connected to my tablet, to the best of my knowledge?
