AC Question

*I'm using a samsung galaxy note 2. Andriod 4.4.2. )Whenever I turn on location on my phone, a message immediately pops up and states that "google play services have stopped". Same goes when I tried to lauch Maps. This message also appears whenever I switch on my phone. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11018

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

It doesn't work. The message now keeps popping.

Are all apps fully updated? Open your Play Store app to check.
