Note 3 How to change camera picture size?

I just got my note3 few weeks before and I am trying to change the picture size to 100 to 200 KB but I can't do it. Anybody can help me please. I used to easily change in note2 (go to camera settings and change the resolution to 640x480 and it will give me the right size but in note 3 it is not possible???). The lowest I can go in note3 is around 700-800 KB which is too big?

You'll have to get an image resizing app if you need the resolution you stated. There are tons of them in the Play Store.
