Root Methods for kit kat Note 3 without tripping Knox?

Anyone know if there is a method to rooting Note 3 on kit kat without tripping Knox?

Just thought I would mention to any people viewing this thread who are just looking to use their wifi hotspot that the app foxfi after one of its recent updates works to enable wifi hotspots for kit kat. And the app Bluetooth Auto Tethering will work for using Bluetooth internet connection when locked by your service provider. Thus rooting for only the ability to use your phones wifi hotspot functionality is unnecessary. And if someone would confirm that the root method above works without tripping knox I would much appreciate it!

Rooted with towelroot, when I checked I had not tripped knox. Supersu will disable knox and when your system registers as custom xposed has settings to trick the system into thinking it is still official.
Edit: I don't know if flashing a rom will trip the system. Maybe someone else does.
