I just rooted my Note 3 as well and downloaded Ti-backup. Which apps is consider bloatware? Can you help with a list?

Any app you'll never use is bloatware. Whether you can remove any particular app is the question - an app you do use may use a process located in an app you don't use.

Freeze any app you're thinking of uninstalling. If the phone doesn't cause any problems after a couple of weeks, it's probably safe to uninstall.

you can try Kingroot PC or using CF-Auto root using Odin3
If you will use Towel Root I've doubt it!
