Hi Folks, it appears that someone or a group of people are selling notes that have a Verizon Demo app on it. It is actually a custom ROM from Verizon that will reboot itself every 2 minutes and delete all your info. If you delete the app, it will return in two minutes. The one I came across was one a friend got at a Pawn shop. It was cleared through the pawn shop and we called Verizon and they showed it was not black listed or stolen.

The solution: you have to find an original Stock version of Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900v) and flash the phone using ODIN. You will notice that in the about info: it will change from custom to official. When we did the flash; we did have to go into recovery mode and wipe all user data for it to finally show up. If your are not familiar with Flashing with ODIN or the boot mode; I would suggest reading up on this forum and XDA forum for detail instructions. I just wanted to point everyone in the right direction.
