A Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SGN3) with Android-4.3 is rooted with "Kingroot" (rootware). Afterwards, the user decides to upgrade the SGN3 to a higher version of Android. Will the phone still be rooted (with Kingroot) if its:
1. Upgraded to Android-4.4?
2. Upgraded to Android-5.0?
3. Upgraded to Android-5.1?
4. Upgraded to Android-6.0?
If not, what rootware will be required for each of the above-mentioned Android versions? Thanks.

Updating a rooted phone OTA will result in either the update not happening or the device getting bricked. Updating a rooted phone with stock firmware results in root access being lost.
If you want to find out about how to root different versions of Android I suggest you use Google or take a look at XDA forums.
