Galaxy Note 3 - T-Mobile Pre-Order Delays?
We placed our Note 3 Pre-Orders on the morning of 9-20-13. (2 Black version) and have yet to receive a ship date. The original credit card "test" was done, and that fell off the account 3-4 days later. Now, 3 days ago, T-Mobile charged the account again, but no ship date has been given. I have talked with T-Mobile agents (800 #) each day and today, even a supervisor, all of who told me varying stories, including "they should ship within 24 hours" or "they are on backorder", but still, no ship date or tracking information.
How many folks that did a pre-order are still waiting for shipping information and what date did you place your pre-order?
If this is the way T-Mobile handles pre-orders, others should know NOT to do it in the future. We'll be new customers of T-Mobile (coming off of Sprint), so this doesn't seem to be a good way to start our business relationship! I'm also wondering if they are shipping existing customers first?
