Verizon galaxy note 3 in best buy on the release date of 10/10

I preordered a gn3 from best buy following all the hype about it being released early. I went into the store today to cancel my preorder and was mt by a verizon rep changing out the display phones. Thg rep said that best buy would have the phones at the same time as verizon. He asked if I preordered with verizon. I said yes. I asked if I would receive my preorder before the date the stores would have th phone he stated no. Preorders would go out on 10/10. If this is true I'll go into the store to get mine. The rep said that stores may have a limited supply but I doubt that

As seen in all these posts.....information from Best Buy staff or Verizon staff is worth what it costs = nothing

just wait for your pre order
it will likely be a day faster, not a day slower than store release. and you dont have to rub elbows with all the assholes roaming the store
...
and look at the verizon order status page it should say when theyre shipping it
