NOTE 3 camera problems

Hello every one. My camera sometimes doesn't work right. Sometimes the image look cracked in half when I'm trying to focus. And then when I took picture it has some weird color hue on it. Also when I take pictures indoor, the same 2 pictures in same light setting came out one dark, one bright. When i took pictures of my laptop only the screen is bright, everything else is dark black. Why is that?

The 2 bright spots on the top of the first picture are the light bulbs in my room, but you can see there are some weird hue on it and the separation between top and bottom half of the screen, the next 2 pictures are taken at same place same light, but while the first one is bright the second one is dark and I couldn't make it bright again. The last pic I can only see my laptop screen nothing else, and my room is not dark. Please help! Thank you!

Have you tried to tap to focus on a dark area?

I have a similar (or same) issue - terrible discoloration and horizontal and vertical lines throughout the pictures.

My guess is hardware issue - camera cannot process light. I'm sending it to Samsung.

i realized last night that i had the same problem with my note 3 camera. Ive been very careful when using this fone and i was shocked when my camera has vertical lines when taking pictures....what shall.i do???
