Using Note3 that came from Arabia in Turkey

Hi, I have a Galaxy S4 hat I got from Turkey. A friend brought me a Note3 from Arabia and I registered the IMEI number using my passport, gave it to my mother and she started using it. The problem is that findmymobile.samsung.com shows the phone as offline and I can't track the phone (I can track my own phone). I'm suspecting that it has something to do with its bios which is not the TR one like my S4.

My question is this: Is it possible to change the firmware to the Turkish one without rendering my IMEI unusable since we have to register IMEI numbers of phones brought from abroad if we want to use the phone. (and I have to wait another year if I want to register another IMEI number)

If you mean rom by bios, yes you can download the Turkish rom on that s4
Changing rom won't result to a change of your imei because it's unique.
