I just found about this and it's a really cool app!

Is there a way to set this as default sms app?
Can I just disable my stock messages to use the ninja one only?

Also it would be so cool if they supported WhatsApp massages as well

You won't be able to disable the messaging app but you'll be able to disable the notifications. Open the messaging app press the menu key scroll down til you see notifications and uncheck it. So long as you do that you'll never really notice the stock app

You can also unchecked the auto retrieve options. That way the stock messaging app won't fetch messages until you tell it to

I've seen the ninja SMS but haven't been sure if I want to try it.

I personally use glowfly. NinjaSMS does a little it more than what I want
