I have a question
the battery on my phone NOTE 3 keeps a very long time at the end of the day sometimes I have as many as 60% of the battery. Charging the battery charger with USB 3.0 takes as you know very fast my question is this: Is it not harmful for the battery, when I plug it into charger. It will charge up to 100% in 1 hour. And then seven hours will be connected to the charger. ??

One of the great things to be built into the charging circuits of all, even semi-decent Li-ion powered devices is overcharge protection. It'll stop charging at 100%.

Nope. Li-on batteries are impossible to overcharge.

This

And don't be afraid to charge. Lithium Ion batteries love to be full and you can charge at will. At 80% but want to top off? Go for it.
