    Default Moving Stuff From Files

I found I have on "MY FILE" in my app drawer. Not sure how it was created.
Holds images, apps, music, ringtones, documents, etc.
How do I move stuff from the file--so I can use them?

    Thanks,
    Tim

It is a file exploring app. It was put there by Samsung. It works very similar to ES File Explorer, or Astro File Manager. That is the app where Android mimics a PC.

You can select a file, hit the settings button on bottom, select move or copy, then select where you want it to go. Like Golfdriver said, it mimics the copy/cut and paste command on PC's.
