Walking mate not working

Hello, I am having an issue with S Health, specifically Walking mate. It does not track any of my movements. Walking around my house; 30 min walk outside; 45 min playing ball hockey with my son, and the counter still says 0.

Exercise mate does not seem to track either. GPS is on. My N3 does have the window case on it, however I removed the case with no difference.

Any advice? Thx for your time!

Yes I did. However I got it to work: just restarted the phone! Really I should have thought of that much sooner!
