Maybe someone lost an spen but would still like to have spen functions available to them? See, a need for it. Maybe they just want spen functions without having to use spen, wants and needs may be different but hey, if someone wants something and its possible, why not?

I shared it for those who need it . It's quite useful I think. U don't have to take s-pen out when ever u wanna use Air command.

It's useful for me so I thought maybe useful for others

Don't use scrap booker with it. For me it's not working just press back key if ur screen gets stuck.
