GPS issues? Anyone else?

So as of late (had the phone 4 months now) the GPS has started to take forever to find the signal. And the phone is very warm in the back. Sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes with clear skies and a couple phone restarts before it works. Anyone else have this issue? Should I start a claim with Samsung or try to return my phone? Any 'fix' out there for this?
