Haven't Got The KitKat Update For the Note 3 (N9005)

Its been a couple of months since KitKat has rolled out on the Note 3 , but for some reason I haven't got it yet .

My device is Factory Unlocked Note 3 (N9005) , I think so the region is UAE or Singapore , (Btw how do we check the region of a device )

If you have Kies, you can plug the device in and when it brings up your firmware version, it will have the region code in parenthesis, like this: <build number> (***)

I don't know of a list to look up, but Samsung Updates .com might have the file you need. Since Mediafire shut down, many places have had to rebuild their file list. They do list by model number and then by region code.
