Do i have it customized or setup it??? I'm still on the android version 4.3 and no news about the kitkat...

Ota ( over the air) is a carrier upgrade ERM the network you are signed to provides this when the manufacturer eg Samsung,HTC, Lg ect releases it.

If you go into settings-more-about phone -system update from there you will be able to check if one is available for you.

I did buy my phone without a carrier. Bought it directly to an electronic shop.
