Note 3 CPU Load

Hi
I got the note 3 and installed the app "CPU-Z" on it, in the app you can see how much load is on your CPU.
With no other apps running it idles between 30-60%. Was wondering if that is normal?

Does it also show what the CPU is clocked at when it is showing that.

Keep in mind that the CPU should throttle way down when idle. so what you may be seeing is the CPU running at 30% of when clocked at 300mhz. That is a far cry from 30% utilization at 2.2ghz.

The CPU does this to conserve battery power.

It says core0 is at 1190 MHz and 1,2 and 3 stopped.
