apps keep crashing?

so i got this phone when it first got released (love it) but theres one huge problem i have with it..it keeps crashing!

if i go into an app it automatically says Unfortunately _____, has stopped?

any help with this would be greatly appreciated

when that happened to me I had an app that i did download then didn't like it and removed it and was crashing my UI after that.
I did wipe the cache of the phone, it did not resolve the problem until i did a factory reset

So how does one do a factory reset?

Head into settings> General> Backup & Reset. It will delete apps and data so back em up before the rest.
