Music Player stopping at different intervals

I have a Galaxy Note 3 and I am having music player issues. The music tends to stop itself at 30 minutes. I cleared cache, did a soft reset and also switched to a new phone. At first I thought it was a faulty phone, and it turns out the second phone does the same thing. I cannot find a solution on google or yahoo. Has anyone else have this problem before? This phone is my primary music player, so I use it for an extended amount of time. I had an Iphone and never had this happen before. TIA

If you're using any sort of task managers on your device, I would make sure they aren't set to automatically monitor or kill running apps. That was a problem for some Droid X/X2 owners: Music stops playing.

Otherwise it might be an issue with the music player in question, which we can only help troubleshoot once we know which music player you're using.
