Note 3 Problem.. Any suggestions?

Hey guys,

So today randomly my note 3's back key stopped lighting up, like when you touch the back key it does not light up like the menu key..

My phone is still the 1 year warranty, would this be covered? And do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks

It should absolutely be covered. I'm not sure of the warranty procedure, hopefully someone who has that info will stop by soon. That's the first time I've ever heard of that happening. Good luck!
