Changing Photos Default App

My clear clear default won't highlight

Hi I am writing from the future showing that some problems refuse to die. I went to Chrome, hit triple dots, upper right hand corner, selected Request Desktop Site, & searched for Facebook. Once I got into Facebook Full Version, and clicked on Photos, it brought up the full directory, allowing me to select Photos.

I have this issue from time to time. So annoying. This time I fixed it via disabling Google+.

Go to Settings->General->Apps, select Google+, click Disable. It will warn by asking if you want to set to factory default version. Do it.
