Note 3: Help for TouchWz

This week I noticed the help for touchwiz disappeared except for one section on the home screen. Also when I have an incoming call, the screen remains dark and I can only answer the call by pressing the on off button, get the screen on, then go to the notification panel to answer.
Anyone have any idea of what had happened to my phone?

Have you tried turning your phone off, removing the battery for one minute, then turning it back on?

Sounds like it could be a proximity sensor issue, just trying to narrow the problem down. I have no solutions. Sorry
