Navigation - Hands Free Mode?

The last couple of days I was driving and had my phone in hands free mode and said Hi Galaxy - Navigate, Galaxy says - Were can I take you?
Then I give an address, then nothing.
I've tried this several times.
Doesn't Navigation work in Hands Free mode?

Called Verizon, said it should work and try a reboot and try again next trip out!

It's flaky at best. A lot of things in Android don't work, or don't work properly.

Rebooted and tried again today--- worked this time, although directions were a little off. That's the fault of the maps!
