    I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SAMSUNG-SM-N900A and I can't seem to get the upgrade for it, it's running 4.3 and won't upgrade me to 4.4 I tried using kies 3 but it tells me that I'm up to date yet everyone has already the 4.4 can someone please help me

    Why don't you go to an ATT store and have them flash it.

    If your carrier doesn't yet have it via OTA, you'd be best off waiting it out for them. What happens when you click Settings>>General>>ABout Device>>Software Update>> Update>>?

    Their OTA update came out in March.

    Yes, and N900T is T-Mobile. The OP has an ATT phone.
