Infinite Scroll with Touchwiz

I have an AT&T Note 3 and I'm using Touchwiz. I have infinite scroll. I know someone who has a Verizon Note 3 and using Touchwiz, but does not have infinite scroll. We've looked through settings to see if we could figure out why he doesn't have it, but we can't find anything. Is it an AT&T vs Verizon thing? Any other ideas?

It's a Verizon thing. For some unknown reason they disable infinite scroll. To re-enable it requires root access. See this thread: http://forums.androidcentral.com/ve...d-infinite-scroll-touch-wiz-home-screens.html

Nova Launcher has infinite scroll without rooting.
