why can't my note 3 download or update some apps

Sometimes when I try to download apps on my note 3, a notification will pop up saying "error, couldn't install on USB storage or ask card " PLSSSS. HELP MEEEE

Where are you installing or updating these apps from--Google Play? Do you have an SD card installed?

I am installing them from Google play, I do have an sd card installed in my phone

Maybe there's a problem with the SD card. Try unmounting the SD card in Settings/Storage, then remove it, and try installing or updating those apps again.

Are you rooted? Are you on Kit Kat? Reboot your device. I've been having download issues every now and then and a reboot helps.
