file corrupted.

I downloaded a stockfirmware for my note 3 but when i exrracted it, it says file is corrupted. What should i do? Ill try to download it again but what if the same thing happens? Thanks!

If it says the file is corrupted when you tried to extract it, it means that the download was interrupted in b/w or not completed properly. So, it's not really that much of a problem. If you're still confused and want to be sure, you can always use Kies to flash in the stock firmware to your note 3

Does kies work on a rooted phone? And how to flash through Kies? The only guide i found is through odin.
