I have ... No way i have 5GB of Misc even there to delete

If you ever owned an Ipad/Iphone/ Ipod touch this is the equivalent to the "other" on those devices where you just can't delete it

I think it is from an App since when i go to used storage apps says it uses 15GB while I don't actually have 15GB of apps on my phone

Post screen shots of what you see under miscellaneous. Mine gives an exact breakdown and it all adds up to the exact amount shown. I can delete whatever I want. The majority of mine are Documents. What model phone do you have and are you on stock unrooted 4.4.2?

I also have T-mobile Note 3. Mine shows the right amount when I add it up. I have a couple GBs of Documents and a couple GBs of files for a backup app I have installed and then a bunch of smaller entries. If "cloudagent" is the top entry for you then I don't know what's wrong on yours. I suppose you could have a bunch of hidden files that aren't being shown. Do you download any movies/music from apps like Google Play Movies or Music or from the Samsung Video store?
