I'm having a weird problem with my 3

Every now and then my 3G cuts off for about 30 seconds and then come back on, what could be causing this issue? I live in the country BTW. This is since kit Kat.

Mine does it too. I think it's when it switches towers. I have 2 that switch on a regular basis, sometimes it lags a bit on the hand off. No problem in more populated areas, but here in the boonies it happens about once a day or so.

I don't think this is normal because my note 3 started doing this afternoon upgrading to kit Kat

If your 3g coverage is spotty, it will happen. It will go from 3g to 2g when 3G isn't available.

I don't think you understand what I'm saying, it wasn't doing this until kit Kat and it goes completely out as in no connection

It's a problem many people have reported, especially with Samsung phones, since kitkat. Hopefully another update will fix it. Meanwhile just try toggling airplane mode. Not the greatest answer, I know.
