Reception and wifi

I have noticed recently that my reception and wifi keeps dropping out. Anybody else had this problem? Both my providers say everything is okay there end and can't understand why there is frequent drop outs.

My carrier is o2 in the uk. They say nothing is wrong there end. It might be the phone.
