While tethering do you lose calls and texts.

Ummm. I saw this mentioned. I am chosing a new sim plan. I also want to end my mobile data sim hotspot/wifi plan and use my phone as a hotspot.

Not sure about texts, but calls work when using hotspot on my phone.
