    Default Open scc files??😨

I have purchased idrive online storage to backup my Note 3, specifically "Scrapbook".
Scrapbook is a scc file and I would like to view it on my Compaq laptop. Adobe will not open the scc file and I have tried to download file viewers to no avail! I have emailed idrive but they are slow as hell getting back to you. Any ideas??

I've verified it does work to view scrapbook files from my Note 3 on my Windows 7 PC.

The files it will show are scrapbook, story album, and sound & shot.
