Home screen problem

so the problem is when I set Home screen wallpaper from the gallery it works but when I set a wallpaper from another app like nova launcher nothing changes !!

Maybe the shortcut affects only TouchWiz? And since you're using a 3rd party launcher you'd need to do it from their own settings menu?

I've tried many launchers, they all have the same problem, I'm now using GO launcher when I set a wallpaper from the app I get that message "Wallpaper is being set, please keep patient" then nothing happens .. I noticed that problem before using any launcher when I downloaded that HD wallpaper app that didn't work either .

You can change the wallpaper scrolling in Nova, but you can't change the wallpaper. When you choose Wallpaper, you're given the choice of app to use, including one named Wallpaper - and if that's what you're using, it should work. (It may not work in the free version - I don't remember.)

that problem occurs when trying to change the wallpaper using any external app other than the stock gallery ..
